The Libraries generally do not purchase class textbooks because budgetary restrictions prevent doing so for all classes. Sometimes, a text may have been purchased for inclusion in the library collection to provide general coverage of a subject area or a professor may have placed the title on reserve. If the text is in the library collection or on reserve it will be listed in the Libraries' online catalog.
